Terms of Service

These Terms describe use of GeniFlux, a creative and commerce content platform (a “Creation OS”) for businesses. By using GeniFlux, the person or business using the service agrees to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

The service

GeniFlux provides tools for creating, organizing, reviewing, and directing commerce and social content. Features and connected destinations may change. A destination is available only where GeniFlux expressly exposes and supports it.

Your accounts and connected services

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your account, and the permissions you grant to connected services. You must have authority to connect a store, account, media asset, or destination and must follow the rules of those external services.

User content and approvals

You retain responsibility for the content, claims, media, links, and instructions you submit. Review generated content before using or publishing it. Where an external publishing feature is available, actions are user-directed and subject to the destination’s requirements; GeniFlux does not promise that an external service will accept, display, or preserve content.

Prohibited use

You may not use GeniFlux to violate law or third-party rights, collect credentials or session cookies, scrape a third-party service, evade platform restrictions, send unsolicited or deceptive content, or automate engagement such as likes, follows, or comments. You may not use a connected destination as an autonomous growth system.

Pinterest status

Any future Pinterest feature would require separate implementation, official authorization, user awareness and approval for the relevant action, and compliance with the then-current Pinterest requirements.

Availability and changes

GeniFlux is provided as an evolving service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. No uninterrupted availability, particular result, or acceptance by an external platform is guaranteed.

Changes to these Terms

GeniFlux may update these Terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use.
